Donna Ross, the principal of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution, is an international ADR practitioner. Admitted to practice in New York and Australia with a civil law degree, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work. Donna specializes in corporate and commercial disputes with a strong focus on business and technology. Her extensive experience includes high-value and complex disputes related to cross-border deals, private equity, IT, telecommunications, construction, JV, partnership and shareholder, import, licensing and SAS agreements, retail leasing, and the wine industry. Additionally, she has acted as outside general counsel to various SMEs.

Donna is an adjunct professor at NUS Law, a Fellow and Faculty Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a provider of CPD and a panel member of both domestic and international institutions.

Donna’s expertise in alternative dispute resolution is recognized globally. She is an IMI and SIMI Certified Mediator, a graded arbitrator, an accredited mediator in New York and Australia and a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Mediation Law. Since 2018, she has been consistently recognized as a leading mediator by Doyle’s Guide, and in 2020, she was named Australasian Arbitrator of the Year and the Most Influential Lawyer in 2021.
