Furthermore, it facilitates quick and effective out-of-court resolution of disputes while drastically reducing the costs and resources involved in resolving them.
Presolv360’s ODR platform offers a comprehensive suite of services spanning negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, enabling efficient and effective resolution of disputes. Presolv360 is enlisted by the Ministry of Law and Justice and is also empaneled with various judicial bodies, including High Courts and district courts across India. It has worked on projects with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Administration. Further, Presolv360 contributed to the consultative process for India’s ODR Policy Plan formulated by NITI Aayog, the ‘Bombay High Court Mediation Scheme’, and other policy initiatives undertaken by stakeholders across the country.
Presolv360 has also formed an Advisory Council comprising of legal stalwarts to guide on legal, ethical, procedural and policy related activities.
