Lionel heads the MAS’ Green Fintech Office which focuses on spurring the growth of a trusted ecosystem for verifiable data and innovative solutions, to underpin MAS’ broader efforts to channel capital towards regional and sectoral transition initiatives. Most recently, he has been tasked to lead the fledgling Gprnt (“Greenprint”) platform launched by the MAS last November, which aims to deliver open and interoperable digital infrastructure that harnesses technology to streamline the collection, measurement and access to verifiable ESG data, for the benefit of financial institutions and real economy actors across Asia.
