For over 20 years, Monin practised as a solicitor with Magic Circle and international firms. She is a triple-qualified English Barrister, Singapore advocate, and Hong Kong solicitor with a solid track record spanning corporate finance, initial public listings, private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, trade disputes, patent litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Monin founded MUNG, a law firm specialising in blockchain, biotech, and art law in Hong Kong – pioneering the first Initial Coin Offering Arbitration in London and the first Decentralised Autonomous Organisation Litigation in Hong Kong.

Monin launched WEB3*100 Law & Tech Conference, chairs the Oxford Futurists Society among blockchain practitioners, and founded the Blockchain Arbitrators and Experts Association.
