Rachel Wong is a corporate lawyer specialising in early-stage companies and private M&A in Singapore. She is Corporate Counsel at Eugene Thuraisingam LLP (ET LLP), founder of Founders Doc, FD Lite and co-founder of FD Mxmn, collectively known as the FD Group. The FD Group has supported over 120 early-stage companies in Singapore and participated in more than 52 fundraising exercises.

Rachel graduated with First Class Honours from King’s College, London (LL.B.) in 2013 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015. She practised Corporate M&A and Private Equity at top-tier firms before joining ET LLP. In March 2021, Rachel founded Founders Doc to better support early-stage founders in Southeast Asia.
