Gerald is Senior Legal Counsel at Amadeus, serving as legal partner to the business units and managing legal affairs across the Asia-Pacific region. He is a Singapore-qualified lawyer, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, a Certified Information Privacy Manager, and has been recognised as a Fellow of Information Privacy.

Gerald is also currently co-lead of the technology chapter of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, and is a non-executive director of the GreenHouse, a Singapore-based charity.

Gerald began his legal career at Drew & Napier before moving to international law firm Bird & Bird and thereafter Osborne Clarke. He was cited by the Legal 500 as part of his work in private practice.

Prior to Amadeus, Gerald did a 6-month secondment to a large Southeast Asian e-commerce company and was part of a high-growth regional FinTech company’s legal team serving as regional product counsel.
