Jonathan has 25+ years of experience in the legal industry both as buyer and seller of legal services. He is the founder of Zaven (zavenlegal.com), the first legal services procurement marketplace for large corporates and high-end law firms. He has also been with Temasek (temasek.com.sg) for more than a decade in various roles ultimately as GC EMEA in London and was during the previous decade the managing partner of the global firm CMS Cameron McKenna Shanghai office. Jonathan is a corporate lawyer and has advised on hundreds of transactions across the capital structure from early stage to growth, public, private, credit, fund investments and co-invest. He has also enjoyed for the longest time legal tech and digitalisation. Jonathan was born and raised in Switzerland (Dutch/Indian parents) and worked and lived in various other countries such as Germany, France, Costa Rica and the US. He is an avid skiing free rider and tennis player which he enjoys with his friends, 3 sons and wife.
