Since 1994, Michael has been practising digital transformation in legal, justice and law enforcement domains, working with Courts, Commissions of Inquiry, Government legal advisors, law firms, NGOs, and international organisations in criminal, commercial and civil practices. Specialising in leveraging technology and innovation in the legal and compliance sectors, his experience includes eCourts, litigation support and eDiscovery, investigations, knowledge management, service automation, and contract management.
Michael also has broad experience in the implementation of enterprise content management systems, intranets, and AI systems for governance, legal and compliance functions. He has advised and supported organisations on developing and delivering digitalisation and innovation strategies throughout his career. Prior to joining RTTech, Michael was the Head of Legal Technology and Innovation at Attorney-General’s Chambers (Singapore), and the Head of Knowledge Services in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, headquartered in the Netherlands.
