Graduating with a major in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Beom Jin began his career as a software engineer in the Information Security field. There, he developed security solutions for document management and file transfer. Following his MBA graduation in 2008, he transitioned to the Legal Tech industry, where he focused on business development in Asia. His primary focus was on Litigation Support services, including eDiscovery, in the APAC region. He co-founded Interasia in Hong Kong, which provided litigation support services across Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan, and other Asian countries.

In 2020, he relocated to Korea and continued his work in the eDiscovery industry by advising Korean clients and teaching eDiscovery at Sungkyunkwan University as an adjunct professor. In 2024, he joined Plainbit to assist with its overseas expansion. Plainbit, a leader in Cyber Security in Korea, specializes in Digital Forensics and Incident Response services and provides Digital Forensics training for law enforcement. This year, Plainbit is opening an office in Singapore to expand its services to the APAC region.
